Our mission at Chef School is to empower our students with the knowledge, skills, and experience they need to become successful chefs and culinary professionals. We believe that travel is an essential component of culinary education, and we encourage our students to explore the world and gain exposure to different cultures and cuisines.

Social Responsibility

Graduation takes place every year in March.

Our Chef students graduate with cap and gown and with their relative certificates. Chefs from the Hospitality Industry are invited to inspire and encourage the graduates on their culinary journey.

This is an exciting time as parents, family, friends and guardians are invited to attend the graduation. Guest speakers are invited to offer messages of support to the graduates

The Diploma Chef Syllabus

The Chef syllabus is made up of 50% Theory and 50% Kitchen Practical’s.

The Diploma syllabus is completed over 12 months.

Our Learners complete 4 months of In-service training in the workplace.


Our Learners have to complete 2 projects during their Diploma year which is:

Country Project

Learners get to choose a country and do their in depth research and present their findings. The learner will also have to do a class presentation of their chosen country, food and clothing.

Chef’s Table

Diploma students have to design the menu, invitations and invite family and friends to enjoy a 3-course meal which they will prepare.

Pastry High Tea

Pastry Diploma students showcase their celebration and wedding cakes and prepare a special High Tea for their family and friends who are invited by invitation.

Looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Look no further than our safe and tranquil coffee shop nestled at the Bluff Ecopark.

Our menu features a variety of breakfast items eg. our famous Eggs Benedict, Healthy Lunch options, delicious Milkshakes and Mocktails, and of course our variety of coffees which are the star of the show.

All the food is prepared by our Trainee Chefs. Ask our waiters about the Pensioners special and our other in house specials.

Our Coffee Shop is 50 seater and we can accomodate Bridal showers, Baby showers, Birthday parties..etc
